One thing that would work as an upgrade to the design is to take a wire and make a loop around the exterior of the brim, just making sure to close up the meeting point for the wire and you get a brim that can be adjusted as you want it to. You could also use one rather than stitching inside the cone to create the bend and make it possible to change as you want there

This is perfect! I have a collared shirt that’s a bit too small in the arms but fits great at the neck - now I can do this instead of getting rid of it! Also I appreciated the white and black so it was obvious what you were doing 😊

Absolutely awful! It is not a blind stitch if you can see that much. That foot works better on bulky fabrics and it is also great for topstitching. You should make a few samples until the needle catches only one tread. I know, it is very hard. I can do much better job by hand.

I just bought the "52" size kit and the foot was crooked after installing the quick-snap adapter. I had to open my machine and loosen the set screw for the drawbar angle to adjust it straight again and retighten. I had to remove the lamp socket bracket to access this. I have an older domestic 808 so access wasn't that bad. But still. Could have been higher quality IMO.
